Will of Hugh Osborn (Box 0, p 217)
In the name of the benevolent Father of all, I Hugh Osburn of the County
of Morgan and the State of Ohio. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Azra
Osburn my Executor of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing and
empowering him to compromise against release and discharge in such manner as he
may deem proper, the debts claims pensions or any part of a pension due me in
such a manner as he may think proper. I do hereby revoke all former wills by
me made, in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day
of March A.D. 1839. Hugh Osbourne
Signed and acknowledged by said Hugh Osburn as his last will and
testament in our presence and signed by his in his presence. Wm. T. Bascom
