Will of Ezra Osborn
proven Aug. 22, 1879
I Ezra Osborn of Bristol Township Morgan County, Ohio, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking all former Wills by me made.
I will that all my just debts be paid and will and devise to my wife, Thirza Osborn all my
property real and personal after the payment of my debts; to do with as she sees
proper. I hereby appoint my wife the sole Executrix of my will and desire that she
shall not give any bond as such and that she shall not have any appraisement of my
property and that she may at private or public sale dispose of any part of my property
sufficient to pay my debts and that she shall collect all debts due me at my death.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name this 10th day of February AD
