Apple Praline Pie
1/4 cup margarine -- melted
1/2 cup brown sugar -- packed
2 Tablespoons half and half
1/2 cup pecans -- chopped
Stir sugar and half and half into melted margarine. Bring to a boil. Remove from
heat. Stir in pecans. Spread over top of apple pie that has been cooked 50-55
minutes. Place the pie, in pie pan, on a cookie sheet and return to oven.
Bake an additional 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 1 hour before serving.

Cherry Cobbler
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups fresh cherries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water (if needed)
Beat flour, sugar, margarine, milk, baking powder and salt. Spread in greased
baking dish. Mix cherries with 1 cup sugar. Let stand for awhile so they get
juicy. Add more sugar if needed. Sprinkle cherries over batter. Mix the juice
from the cherries with water to make 1 cup. Pour over the top. Sprinkle with
about 1/2 cups more of sugar. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.

Cherry Pie
6 cups fresh cherries -- pitted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 Tablespoon rounded, corn starch
1 Tablespoon quick tapioca
2 Tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
double pie crust
Place cherries in pan. Stir in sugars, cornstarch and tapioca. Heat until barely
thickened. Stir in margarine. Add the almond flavoring. Pour into bottom crust
that has been placed in a pie pan. Top with other crust. Cut vents, and seal
edges of pie. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. You may need to cover the edges of the
crust for the first 30 minutes to keep it from getting too brown. Sprinkle with
a bit of sugar about 15 minutes before it is done.

1 pkgs. graham crackers
1/3 c. margarine
4 T. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
¼ c. milk
4-6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
¼ c. water
2 pkgs. non-flavored gelatin
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. almond flavoring
Crumb the crackers. Melt margarine in a pie plate. Stir in cracker crumbs and sugar. Pour half can of sweetened condensed milk in crust. Bake 5 minutes 350 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Heat milk. Add chocolate and allow to melt. Pour into a mixing bowl. Heat water in a small pan. Stir in gelatin, stirring so it won’t lump. Beat dissolved gelatin into chocolate mixture. Let cool a bit. Stir in remaining sweetened condensed milk. Beat cream. Add flavorings. Fold into chocolate mixture. You can add additional cool whip or whipped cream if you desire a different consistency. Spoon mixture into cooled crust. Refrigerate. Serve with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate shavings from a candy bar.

Easy Cherry Pie
3 cups fresh cherries
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
3 slices bread
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup margarine
Stir together cherries with 1/3 cup sugar and flour. Place in pie plate of
rectangle baking dish. Trim crusts off bread. Roll out with a rolling pin. Cut
in 3-4 strips each. Place on top of cherries. Mix together 1 cup sugar, egg and
margarine together. Pour over bread. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
NOTE : You can also make this with other fruits. It's quick, easy and good.

Easy Chocolate Pie
1 package German chocolate
12 ounces cool whip
1/3 cup milk
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
prepared crust
For crust, crush 1/2 box vanilla wafers. Mix with 1/4 cup melted margarine & 1/4
c. chopped pecans. Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool
Melt chocolate in a little bit of the milk. Beat in cream cheese, sugar and
vanilla. Let cool a few minutes, then fold in cool whip. Pour into prepared
crust. Chill.

Pie
graham cracker crust
15 marshmallows
1 Tablespoon margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice or lime juice
4 ounces cream cheese -- softened
8 ounces cool whip
sprinkle of cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon vanilla
Make a graham cracker crust according the the directions on the side of a box of
crackers. Bake 350 degrees 5 minutes. Heat marshmallows and margarine until
melted. Remove from heat. Beat cream cheese & sweetened condensed milk. Beat
in marshmallow mixture. Stir in cool whip, lemon juice, cinnamon
and
vanilla. Pour into crust. Refrigerate.
NOTE : You can also stir in raspberries or strawberries along
with chopped bananas and pecans.

Peach Blueberry Quick Pie
6 medium peaches
1 cup blueberries
1 Tablespoon tapioca
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
biscuit dough
1/4 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
Peel, pit and slice peaches into baking dish. Sprinkle with blueberries. Sprinkle brown sugar, flour and tapioca over the fruit. Make a biscuit dough. Roll the dough out to fit baking dish. Place on top of fruit. Mix margarine, sugar and egg. Make a few dents in the dough, then pour this mixture over the top of the dough. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes. You can sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on the fruit if you like.

½ c. brown sugar
2 T. Quick Tapioca
sprinkle cinnamon
left over biscuits
1 egg
¾ c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted
Peel, pit and slice peaches. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with Tapioca, brown sugar and cinnamon. Crumble biscuits. Mix egg, sugar and margarine. Pour over biscuits. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes.

Pumpkin Pie
3 cups cooked pumpkin
2 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice
Mix all ingredients except milk in blender. Blend well. Stir in milk. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes
longer.
