Mrs. Eliza Aldridge Dies in Wyandotte
Mrs. Eliza Aldridge, 77, of 15270 South Plaza Drive, Taylor, Mich., died after a short illness, Saturday, April 5 in Wyandotte General Hospital.
She was born March 12, 1898 in Brown City, the daughter of the late Isaac Sr. and Sarah Muxlow.
She was married to Wilbert Aldridge Oct. 15, 1919, in Highland Park.
Her husband passed away in Oct., 1943.
She is survived by one son, Wilbert R. of Imlay City, two daughters, Mrs. Jewell (Sara) Smith of Orlando, Florida, and Mrs. Dennis (Mara) Miller of Grosse Ile, two brothers, William Muxlow of Marlette and Thomas Muxlow of Pontiac, 12 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held from Carman Funeral Home Wednesday. Rev. Jewell Smith, pastor of the Temple Baptist Church, Orlando, Fla., officiated.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
