Churches
As the great migration began, churches
sprung up in towns and the wilderness.
To those in despair, it was a place of hope;
to those in darkness, a place of light;
to those hungry, a house of bread;
to those thirsty, a fountain of life.
The church was more than a place for God’s
people to learn of Him. It was a place where
children were taught, and a place where the community
would gather.
