Cheese Soufflé

Cheese Soufflé


4 slices bread
hot water
1 cup evaporated milk
8 ounces cheese -- grated
sprinkle cayenne pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine -- melted

Tear bread into pieces. Pour in enough hot water to make a paste. Stir in cheese, milk, pepper and eggs. Pour mixture into loaf pan into which margarine has been melted. Stir. Bake 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.



NOTES : I cook it in the toaster oven at about 225 degrees for about 3 hours.

Nachos


1/2 pound hamburger meat
1/2 pound sausage
2 pounds Velveeta Cheese
1 pound Mexican Velveeta Cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes
1/4 cup milk

Brown meats. Drain well. Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Heat until melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
